Florida Southern Roofing has a Commercial and Residential re-roofing division along with a Service division which includes but is not limited to repairs, maintenance, inspections and Roof-A-Cide roof cleaning.

Role Summary/Objective

We are looking for a dynamic Commercial Roofing Specialist with experience in multi-family and commercial re-roofing, all types of roofing systems and knows the Florida Building and Miami-Dade Building codes. Our Commercial Roofing Specialist will work closely with Community Association Managers, Facility Managers, Maintenance personnel and Community Association Board Members. The Commercial Roofing Specialist will work with Managers, Board Members, and Engineers to evaluate, estimate, propose and create the best roofing system for that property. In person and virtual meetings will be required.

Job Summary:

• Build relationships and manage existing customers by instilling value and trust.
• Work with the Business Development team to seek new prospects, develop new accounts and rework existing non-active customers. 
• Use applicable sources such as face to face meetings, emails and cold calls.
• Achieve sales plans and goals;
• Identify needs, build relationships and negotiate positive (“win”-“win”) contracts for continued/future business.
• Project a professional image of Florida Southern Roofing.
