The Team

Brian is a 3rd generation roofing contractor and the 5th generation of his family to reside in the Sarasota County area. He began his business preparation early in high school taking any training in the area of business he could get.

Brian began his roofing career in the late eighties working summers for his father’s roofing company. Immediately following high school he went to work full time in the roofing business. By 1991, he was a State Certified Roofing Contractor and helping to run the family roofing business. He is now the President and CEO of the family business.

Tim comes from an expanded family that has lived in the Sarasota area for more than five generations. A graduate from Riverview High School in Sarasota, Florida in 1967, he had worked for five years in the construction industry before starting his own roofing business.

Tim has been active in both state and local trade associations and has served as president of the Sarasota-Manatee Roofing Contractors Association as well as serving as board of director of the Florida Roofing Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors Association (FRSA). Tim has been happily married to his wife Cathy for more than 48 years. Tim enjoys hunting, fishing, air boating, and spending time with his family.

Mike Clark, originally from Ohio, is Florida Southern Roofing’s Operations Manager and works directly with customers in all aspects of Roof Repair, Roof Replacement, Maintenance, and Inspections.

Mike enjoys spending time with his family and granddaughter. In his spare time he enjoys motorcycles, the beach, being outdoors and spending time with his family.

Born in Olean, NY, lived most of her life in Connecticut and later moved to Florida in 1995. Misty is a proud mother of a daughter. She is a graduate of Bayshore High School with some Trade School background and has been working in the roofing industry since 1999.

Misty became a team member of Florida Southern Roofing in January of 2002 starting out as an Administrative Assistant. Now as Office Manager, she assists in our accounting and human resources department. In her free time she enjoys many outdoor activities, photography, bowling, volleyball, cooking and just relaxing at the beach. Most of all spending quality time with her family and friends is most important.

Christine began working for Florida Southern Roofing since early 2019. She considers herself a Florida transplant since she moved here at the age of 10. She holds a degree in finance and has over 30 years of experience in finance as well as business development, human resources.

Christine enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors, camping, air boating, and socializing with her family and friends.

Cindi Bass-Bell has a long history with the Florida Southern Roofing team. Cindi was with Florida Southern from 1999 to 2008. After dedicating her time to the West Florida Chapter of CAI for 5 years and 2 years as the director of marketing for another company, she has returned to Florida Southern as our Director of Business Development.

Cindi serves on the board of directors with the West Florida Chapter of CAI and co-hosts a local podcast show called Community Matters on SRQFM.com. Cindi works with property managers and communities as a liaison between our company and our customer. Her friendly inviting nature makes her the perfect person for this position.

Cindi is friendly and passionate about her work, her customers and her team. She enjoys the outdoors, air boating, spending time with her family and live music.

Tim is from Northwest Arkansas originally, and has been in Bradenton Florida since 2002.

He served 5 years in the US Navy and worked 17 years in distribution in Arkansas and Florida.

Tim has been with Florida Southern for over 10 years.  Tim has been married for 35 years and has two grown children.  He enjoys camping and fishing in his spare time.

Michael has been in the roofing industry for over 15 years. He is a USAF veteran and loves watching The Ohio State Buckeyes win. In his past time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, going to the beach, and shooting at the gun range.

Chad Holt graduated from Florida State University in 2009, with a bachelor of Science degree(B.S.) in Business Management. He started his career in the San Francisco Bay area, holding positions as a major account representative for Xerox, and Key Accounts Manager with Cintas Corporation.

Chad brings his experience in consultative sales and account management to the FSR team. He takes pride in understanding the individual needs of each and every one of FSR's customers, and delivering an overall positive experience from start to finish. Chad is a self-proclaimed weather nerd and enjoys playing tennis and soccer in his free time. He loves the Florida lifestyle.

John began his career in the roofing industry in West Virginia in 1992. He joined the Florida Southern Roofing team as a Commercial estimator in 2017. John has a Culinary Degree and formerly owned a local BBQ Restaurant.

Juan began working at Florida Southern Roofing in 2016 in our service department on a two man crew with his father.

Juan was quickly promoted to Service Coordinator and then to Commercial Estimator Assistant. In his free time he enjoys biking, fishing, paintball and spending time with friends and family.

Max began his roofing career in 2007. His background includes boat works and wood working. With his extensive background and knowledge of many different types of roofing systems, Max now serves as our Service Roofing Specialist and can detect even the hardest to find leaks. In his spare time he enjoys entertaining friends and family outdoors, boating, fishing and playing his guitar. Max is husband to wife Amber and father to sons Nathan and Dalton.

Corinne “Cori” was born in Shreveport, Louisiana but grew up in Traverse City Michigan. She moved to Bradenton Florida when she was 21 and met her now husband of 23 years. Cori has two beautiful children that she is very proud of. Her son, John, is also employed at Florida Southern Roofing and her daughter, Madelynn, is currently enrolled at USF pursuing her Chemical Engineering career. After spending most of her adult life working in healthcare, Cori joined Florida Southern Roofing in early 2023 as the Contract Coordinator working with Residential Customer Contracts. She is excited to start a new career path and enjoys working with people.

The most important things in Cori’s life are family, friends and of course making new friends along the way. She enjoys being a wife, mother, being outside .On the weekends she loves spending time with her family, riding jet skis, relaxing at the beach and anything that has to do with the ocean. Cori dreams to one day retire and travel the world with her loving husband.

Mary was born and raised in Florida and began working with FSR in mid-2014. First as our Receptionist while also working in graphic and web design, she then moved on to be our Contract Coordinator working closely with both our Residential and Commercial re-roofing departments. Starting in February of 2019, Mary has joined our service department as our Service Coordinator.

With Mary’s well rounded ability to multi task, knowledge of Florida Southern Roofing and her customer service skills; Mary is the perfect fit as our Service Coordinator. In her free time, Mary enjoys being creative with anything from cooking to crafts, but mostly enjoys spending her time with her young son and Fiancé.

Suzy is a 4^th generation Floridian raised in Sarasota. Joining the team in 2020 she brings over 25 years of office management experience from construction, retail and wholesale sectors.

Married to her husband Tom for more than 25 years they share 2 grown children and 3 grandsons. Suzy enjoys fishing, air boating and anything outdoors as well as traveling but above all else spending time with her family including her beloved Labrador Retriever Bailey and horse Breezy.

Allie has been a Florida resident for over 26 years. She grew up in Myakka City and moved to Bradenton soon after graduating from Lakewood Ranch High School. Allie recently joined the Florida Southern Roofing team as our administrative assistant.

She has an impressive receptionist background as she devoted over 6 years working in the hotel industry and working with customer service. In her free time, she enjoys doing CrossFit, obstacle course racing, and looking forward to being a first-time mom.

Junior was born and raised in Bradenton, Florida. He started his career in the roofing industry soon after graduating high school at the age of 18 in 2013. Junior joined Florida Southern Roofing in 2017 working on a 5-man crew in the commercial division. He quickly made his way up the company to Foreman, Supervisor, and soon after promoted to Residential Supervisor.

In his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife outdoors or at CrossFit and is very excited to be a first-time dad.
